At CWC Roofing, we take our job seriously. A roof is the first layer of protection between your family and the elements. It helps to keep out the wind, the rain, and the cold. At Fort Carson in Colorado, the roof helps to keep the families of our service men and women safe and warm. When CWC Roofing was called in to tackle the roofing needs for the military housing units on the base we wanted to give our best to those who are willing to give their all.

Building For Those Who Serve

Working on a military base is not a simple task. Often times working on a base means background checks, regular inspections, and clearance for secured areas. In the case of the Fort Carson project our team needed to work in tandem with one of the largest general contractors in the military housing market, coordinating our trades with multiple others to ensure the job was completed as seamlessly as possible. CWC Roofing has relationships with GC’s across the country, helping to provide superior exterior construction services for all manner of projects.

CWC Roofing is able to maintain these relationships because we take pride in our work, fulfilling our commitments and representing ourselves with courtesy and kindness. Our teams clean up everyday, ensuring that the job site is not a nuisance to residents. We take safety very seriously as well, from cleaning up stray nails to following all OSHA protocols for our roofers. From our customer service, to our workmanship,  to our safety record; our partners can trust that CWC Roofing will help bring in the project on time without needless delays or problems.

The CWC Difference

The Fort Carson project represented a rather big project, with over 800,000 square feet of asphalt shingles, underlayment, and flashings. Our buying power through our vendors meant that we were able to cover materials and labor for the project, making it simple for the GC to fold our trade into their larger budget. Finishing the project ahead of schedule was just one way we were able to solidify our relationship with the GC as well as with the residents of the facility. Building a roof that will stand the test of time is the least that we could do for our brave service men and women. Doing it quickly, with minimal disruption to their day to day life, was even better.
