Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles are one of the most widely used roofing materials in the industry. They are affordable, durable, and come in a wide range of colors. They are also easy to install compared to many of the other roofing materials.

Architectural or designer shingles have more layers per section, and they can last longer.

Spanish-style roof tiles are prized for their unique looks. They are heavy enough to handle any condition, but your roofer needs to make sure your house can handle the added load. We can offer you a free evaluation and tell you for sure.

Properly installed clay or concrete roof tiles will stay in place for a lifetime with proper maintenance.

Low Slope/Flat Roof

If your home has a flat covering or you have flat roof house plans, you need extra leak protection. TPO, EPDM and Modified bitumen membranes are good choices for a residential flat roof. They stretch with temperature changes to give you tear-proof protection in all weather.

Mined from the earth, slate is a heavy material that has to be hand-cut, which means it's expensive. However, if you want a lifetime roof, it is ideal. Slate roofing tiles are fireproof, insect-proof and hold up against any kind of weather.

Slate may be too heavy for some homes. Call our residential roofing contractors for a free estimate. We source ours only from mines known for durable, high-quality stone.

Cedar Shake

Cedar is a natural wood, and an Eco-friendly roofing choice. It is sometimes treated with insect and algae-repellents as well as fire-retardants.

What sets cedar shake roofing apart, besides the type of wood, is the rough-cut finish that gives a rustic look.
